Job description:
The nurse is responsible for creating an environment of resident-centered care; ensuring regulatory requirements are met; monitoring, assessing, and addressing the licensed nurse aide compliance with their job responsibilities; fostering the team environment and a positive culture; and providing/ensuring continual delivery of high quality care.
- 11pm - 7am RN or LPN Full time 32 hours
- Weekend On-call rotation required every 4th weekend
Shift Differentials:
- (Shift Diff $4.00 /hr. Mon - Fri)
- (Shift Diff $6.00/hr. Sat & Sun)
Hours Available:
- 11pm - 7am
RNs/LPNs with MA License encouraged to apply as we may be able to provide assistance with state reciprocity.

Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Active NH RN/LPN license in good standing.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize.
- Strong clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a nursing role within a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
- Experience with PCC electronic medical records a plus.

Pay: $35.00-45.00 per hour
