Join our Senior Behavioral Health department as a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist!
The Behavioral Health Therapist (LCPC, LCSW) provides high-quality, organized psychotherapy to identified clients and families, with special emphasis on treatment and discharge planning. In this role, the therapist organizes and leads structured counseling group sessions and conducts individual and family therapy sessions as needed per the patient's treatment plan. The therapist also maintains accurate, up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations and standards regarding the provision of services, as well as the implementation of treatment and discharge planning. Professionalism is demonstrated in all aspects of performance.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Behavioral Science from an accredited Graduate School required
- Current license as LCPC or LCSW required
- Two to three years of clinical experience.
- Experience with older adults, hospital or nursing home experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Behavioral de-escalation preferred.
- First Aid Certification
- Knowledge of community resources.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- No weekends / No on call
Hourly Pay Range / Bonus
- $30.00 – $43.50 Actual hourly pay rate depends on experience (DOE).
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!
