Parts Clerk job responsibilities include:
- Receive and count stock items and record data
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked
- Verify inventory computations
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
- Clean and maintain the parts room area to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Determine proper storage methods, identifications, and part locations
- Return of damaged or defective items to the vendors
- Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued
- Process incoming work orders
- Schedule regular and maintenance service with customers
- Comply with all safety, DOT, and OSHA guidelines
- Adhere to company rules and regulations
- Ensure cleanliness of shop and surrounding areas
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of general office administration or parts inventory control required
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently, developing people skills, organizational skills
- Good writing and speaking skills required
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold temperatures
