Job Description :
Client is Looking for Workday Application Developer to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing operations of Workday HCM and Financial Management systems. This role serves as a key technical resource responsible for integrations, configuration, reporting, and production support while ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements across county agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and SOAP/REST APIs
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, calculated fields, validations, and condition rules
- Develop and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, and automated report distributions
- Build, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Financial systems
- Provide technical support and resolve system or integration issues in production environments
- Document system configurations, integrations, workflows, and technical designs
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Participate in change management and configuration control processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting enterprise systems such as Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, web services, or reporting platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financial modules
- Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-production environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
- Workday certification or formal training preferred
