Early College Family Engagement (Internal Candidates Only), Salem High School [SY 2025-2026]
This stipended position will be critical to communicating with families who have a child participating in Early College for SY25-26.

Who |
We’re looking for SHS staff who have awareness of Early College or a willingness to learn about the program to make phone calls home. Additionally, staff will help organize and will attend Early College Family Orientation on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Spanish-speaking preferred. |

What |
Staff will be responsible for calling home to review Early College enrollment, expectations, and upcoming Family Orientation. Staff will help answer questions by phone and at Family Orientation. |

Phone bank campaign June 2-6, 2025 & Family orientation Tuesday June 10, 2025 6:00-8:30PM |

How |
By May 28, 2025, interested candidates. will submit a letter of intent to the Early College Coordinator via email: akirby@salemk12.org. |

Why |
Communication and consistent systems are key to our Early College program. Contracted services will include engagement with families to review Early College expectations and programming. This includes calling families individually and staffing for family orientation night. |
