Head of Technical Operations

SaleADS.ai is an AI-first company building the future of growth, marketing execution, and automation.

We are not building small, incremental software. We are building with cutting-edge AI to help businesses move faster, execute better, and scale with less friction.

The company already has strong market fit and is now entering an aggressive growth stage, including expansion into the US market. In the first 3 months, SaleADS.ai reached $3.5M ARR and $1.5M in net revenue, showing both demand and strong execution early on.

We are now looking for a Head of Technical Operations to help us scale the technical backbone of the company as we grow fast.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to bring structure, speed, and operational excellence to a fast-moving startup.

You will own the systems, processes, and technical operations needed to keep the company scaling efficiently. That includes engineering operations, infrastructure reliability, delivery health, internal technical processes, incident response, and the overall operational engine behind product and platform execution.

You will work closely with leadership and technical teams to make sure SaleADS.ai can scale aggressively without chaos.

• Build and lead technical operations across engineering, platform, infrastructure, and delivery
• Create scalable processes that help the company move fast without breaking quality
• Improve reliability, execution, and operational visibility across teams
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Help prepare and scale the company for US market expansion
• Partner with engineering, product, AI, and leadership to remove bottlenecks and increase speed
• Define and track technical and operational KPIs
• Strengthen deployment workflows, platform stability, observability, and internal systems
• Bring operational discipline to a high-growth AI startup environment
• Help build the technical foundation for the next stage of scale

• Strong experience in technical operations, engineering operations, platform operations, DevOps leadership, or similar
• Experience working in high-growth startups or scale-ups
• Deep understanding of software systems, cloud infrastructure, and technical delivery
• Strong operator mindset: you know how to turn fast growth into clear systems and execution
• Experience scaling teams, workflows, and infrastructure under pressure
• Ability to work cross-functionally and align technical execution with business goals
• Comfortable in ambiguity, high ownership, and fast decision-making environments
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills
• Bonus if you have experience in AI products, automation-heavy platforms, or international scaling

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 USD
