Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of production workers to ensure efficient workflow, meet production targets, and uphold quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily activities of production personnel.
Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to optimize efficiency.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, and incidents.
Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve operational challenges.
Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in using production software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma practices (preferred).
Work Environment:
Fast-paced production facility.
May require standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Requires the use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
