INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and optimize factory and production layouts to ensure efficient material flow and space utilization.
- Conduct time studies, process studies, and line balancing to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.
- Lead process design and improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve OEE, and maximize throughput.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, and 5S principles to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze OEE data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in safety, ergonomics, and quality.
- Drive standardization and documentation of best practices across production lines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in factory simulation tools and MS Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
