Essential Functions:

- Adherence to NSG standards of business conduct and its values and principals
- Ensure that a commitment to ‘Customer First’ is embedded within the culture of the team.
- Ensure the current NSG business strategy and company objectives are communicated, understood, and applied by the operations team.
- Ensure commitment to and execution of training plans developed by department managers.
- Maintain positive relations with the work force.
- Actively utilize the employee involvement processes.
- Employee will be covering shift operations rotating between days and night shifts
- Responsible for auditing of:
- Safety systems (KSB, safety walk and talk (SWAT, Haz Id, Quick Kaizen, and 5S)
- Adherence to production processes
- Execution of department requests
- Employee productivity
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Computer skills in Microsoft office software, spreadsheets, word processing, database and graphics
Qualifications Desired:
- Some SAP experience would be preferred
Other Requirements:
- Basic computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
