What You’ll Do
- Take and coordinate room service orders with accuracy and professionalism
- Deliver, set up, and present food and beverages to Forbes Five-Star standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless, personalized experience
- Maintain cleanliness, clear service items, and ensure presentation excellence
- Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred
- Polished, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
- Strong communication and service skills
- Flexible availability (AM & PM shifts, weekends, holidays)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond resort
