- Maintain daily communication logs
- Support Front Office operations as needed
- Uphold Forbes Five-Star service standards in all interactions
- Previous hospitality, guest services, front desk, or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone presence and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
