Key Responsibilities
- Provide seamless luggage assistance to arriving and departing guests.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
- Escort guests to their rooms, sharing details about our property and services.
- Maintain a tidy front drive area and ensure clear fire lanes.
- Store and tag guest luggage efficiently.
- Assist with guest room drops and shoe shining.
- Be knowledgeable about local attractions and resort amenities.
- Problem-solve and follow up on guest requests.
- Operate both automatic and standard vehicles.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with the local area and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
