Salamander Middleburg, a Forbes Five-Star luxury resort, is now hiring Seasonal Pool Servers for our newly renovated pool experience. We are seeking energetic, service-minded individuals who enjoy working in a beautiful outdoor setting while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Estimated earnings of $25–$30 per hour including tips; actual earnings may vary based on performance, business levels and schedules.

What You Will Do
- Provide attentive poolside food and beverage service
- Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Create engaging and memorable guest experiences
- Maintain clean and organized service areas
- Work closely with culinary and bar teams
- Follow Forbes standards and responsible alcohol service practices
Qualifications
- Previous pool server, restaurant server, or food and beverage service experience preferred
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Reliable and professional work habits
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Schedule
- Seasonal: April through October
- Day shifts with weekend availability required
