Salamander Middleburg, a Triple Five-Star luxury resort, is seeking a Seasonal Pool Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team from April through October. Compensation
- $9.80 per hour plus tips

Position Summary
The Pool Bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers while maintaining exceptional service standards. This role supports the overall pool experience through efficiency, organization, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages accurately and efficiently for guests and servers
- Provide warm, professional, and engaging guest service
- Maintain proper bar setup, organization, and stock levels
- Follow responsible alcohol service standards and ABC compliance requirements
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene appropriately when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar including glassware, surfaces, and preparation areas
- Complete opening and closing inventory of spirits and supplies
- Participate in deep cleaning and outlet side work
- Complete prep assignments as directed by leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Resort or hotel experience a plus
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong teamwork and reliability
- Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in seasonal weather conditions
- Ability to perform repetitive movements during service
