POSITION OBJECTIVE |
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for daily supervision of the Bell / Valet team, will assist also with MOD shifts
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS |
- Oversee all Guest Service areas as a whole for appearance, function, and safety concerns
- Responsible for documentation such as goal setting, evaluations.
- Promotes company and departmental values and policies
- Consistently maintains a positive attitude toward the company, guests and colleagues.
- Trains employees to provide a high level of proactive service, meeting at all times the standards set in alignment our luxury standards in all guest interaction, coaches and disciplines, and evaluates employee and monitors performance.
- Consistently looks for ways to improve the guest experience, the department, and the resort as a whole
- Responsible for the compiling of the weekly schedule as well as monitoring payroll.
- Will assist with MOD shifts as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE |
- High school or equivalent education required.
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the
Work place.
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- General knowledge of the city where hotel is located and its attractions.
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities.
- At least 2 years previous experience as a Bell Captain is desirable but not essential.
REQUIREMENTS |
