Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in daily mise en place, including washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients for service.

- Support the team in maintaining inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.

Qualifications:
