Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director with professionalism and discretion
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Draft, edit, and prepare executive communications, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate and execute meetings, including A/V setup and virtual platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Support tracking and coordination of capital projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communication remain on track
- Assist with project management initiatives, driving organization and follow-through on key priorities
- Serve as a polished liaison between senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners
- Ensure seamless day-to-day administrative operations at the executive level
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Executive Assistant experience (hospitality strongly preferred)
- Exposure to capital projects strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms and office technology
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Professional presence aligned with Forbes Five-Star service standards
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
