General Manager / Kitchen Manager (All-Inclusive Role)
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 Bonus Potential
Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of an upscale, high-volume café. This is a fully integrated role overseeing both front and back of house, with full ownership of daily operations, team performance, and financial results.
This position is ideal for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and takes pride in building a high-performing, hospitality-driven team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations across FOH and BOH
- Oversee kitchen production, quality control, and food safety
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls (labor COGS)
- Drive guest experience and service standards
- Hire, train, and develop a strong, accountable team
- Own scheduling, labor management, and performance coaching
- Manage P&L and overall financial performance
- Ensure systems, cleanliness, and operational consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of restaurant or café leadership experience
- Strong background in both kitchen and front-of-house operations
- Proven ability to manage costs and drive sales
- Hands-on leader with a team-first, hospitality mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Full-time role, 5–6 days per week
- Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and peak hours
