Plucked focuses on high quality and unique fried chicken sandwiches, plates, and salads with freshly prepared sides and a pour your own beer system. We are very excited to bring this new concept and we are looking for a similary excited individual who can really take ownership of the restaurant.

Responsibilities Include The Following
- Responsible for all areas of the restaurant including the overall P&L success.
- Initial and continual training of staff members to Plucked Standards,
- Opening and closing restaurant shifts throughout the year including holidays as necessary.
- Managing team members for your scheduled shifts including documenting employee issues, disciplining employees, shift highlights, cash balancing, identifying problems.
- Creating timely and accurate sales and labor forecasts for the restaurant
- Implementing and maintaining proper food/beverage handling processes in relationship to the health and safety of employees and customers. Follow all systems and checklists in place to ensure proper food safety and quality.
- Developing yourself and team members to Plucked standards of service, food quality, and sanitation.
