The Maintenance Director

- Strong drywall repair, high-quality painting, and carpentry/trim skills

Your Typical Shift

You’ll move between resident apartments and shared spaces, checking in respectfully, keeping communication clear, and leaving each area noticeably better than you found it. Midday often includes coordinating a vendor delivery or mapping out the next project’s steps so nothing stalls. You’ll wrap up by confirming progress, updating leadership on timelines, and setting the next day up for a smooth start. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9–5, with alternating on-call weekends.
