Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, directions, and local recommendations through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Transport customer vehicles safely to and from the repair center, ensuring secure parking and proper handling at all times.
• Manage clients with coordinating rental car arrangements and ensure a smooth transfer of personal belongings between vehicles, maintaining organization, care, and clear communication throughout the process.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, requests, and feedback to ensure personalized service during future visits.
• Assist customers in understanding the approximate cost of repairs for their damaged vehicle by reviewing visible damage, explaining the repair process, and providing clear, realistic price ranges.
• Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and front desk procedures while managing multiple tasks with excellent time management skills.

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is essential for understanding guest expectations and service standards.
