Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
- Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report any changes to appropriate staff or family members.
- Assist clients with mobility, including walking, transferring, and using mobility aids.
- Help clients with medication management, ensuring they take prescribed medications on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the living environment, ensuring it is free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to facilitate a collaborative care approach.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or direct support role is preferred but not required.
