Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. You will also handle cash transactions and assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Greeting guests: Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders: Accurately taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and drinks: Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and with a focus on presentation and quality
- Providing menu information: Answering questions, making recommendations, and explaining menu items
- Ensuring guest satisfaction: Checking on guests regularly and addressing concerns or special requests
- Maintaining a clean work area: Keeping the dining area, server stations, and hibachi area clean and organized . Make sure finish all opening&closing sidework accoriding to the list.
- Processing payments: Handling cash and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Collaborating with kitchen staff: Communicating order details to the kitchen staff and working with them to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Following health and safety regulations: Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation

- To apply for a server position at a Japanese hibachi restaurant, you'll typically need some previous restaurant experience:
