Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Assist in bussing tables by clearing away used dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Help with general cleaning tasks as needed(restroom cleaning maintanance, floor cleaning), ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen and the front house.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support catering events by assisting with setup, service, and cleanup as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Experience in bussing or catering can enhance your application.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team setting.
- A willingness to learn and help others in a busy kitchen environment.
