Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service
- Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage items
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Enter orders into the POS system correctly
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Refill drinks, clear dishes, and reset tables
- Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
