Job Description:
SAKPASE RESTAURANT BAR & LOUNGE is looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. We are a vibrant Haitian restaurant, bar, and lounge known for great food, strong drinks, and a lively atmosphere. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to create a great guest experience, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take drink and food orders from guests at the bar
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
- Check IDs and follow alcohol service laws
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Help create a fun and welcoming lounge atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Nights, weekends, and holidays availability required
- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in nightlife/lounge settings
- Knowledge of Haitian culture/music
- Bilingual (English / Creole / Spanish)
