Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Designer, based in Jacksonville, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Social Media Designer will create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, design consistent branding elements, and contribute to the creation of logos and promotional materials. The role also involves collaborating with the team to ensure cohesion between graphic elements and overarching brand strategies, as well as staying updated on new design trends relevant to digital media.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to effectively represent a cohesive brand identity
- Strong understanding of Typography, layout design, and aesthetics
- Experience with social media platforms and designing content with audience engagement in mind
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Haitian culture and media is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is desirable
