What are the responsibilities and job description for the EHR Trainer position at Saisystems Health?
Saisystems Health is looking for an Implementation and EHR Trainer to join our team! This individual will be responsible for the client software implementations from start to finish. They will be expected to gather business requirements, plan and manage the implementation, conduct software training, and coordinate with the technical/support team on setup. Other tasks include longer term client assignments and engagements and reporting to Onboarding / Omplementation & Support manager, Be part of one of the BEST PLACES TO WORK as our EHR Trainer!
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients following the sale of electronic health record to design an implementation plan respective to clients organizational and clinical workflows.
- Create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely implementation of the software.
- Access the training needs of clients and design effective training materials.
- Communicate with clients throughout the implementation process to define clear objectives and milestones that will be achieved through the process.
- Customize software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications.
- Create a specialized document and process using a PM platform for each client, detailing all customizations made.
- Provide phone and remote support to assist with EHR issues for clients in the implementation process.
- Ensure that the project team is aware of all key deliverables and project milestones for visibility for both internal and external stakeholders.
- May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing process.
Experience & Education Necessary for Position:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Clinical Informatics, or a related field OR equivalent experience in implementation and training.
- Proven experience with software implementation.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and project management.
- The ability to multitask effectively.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Electronic Health Records (Medical Records) onboarding/training/support experience (required)
- Post-Acute Long Term Care Industry knowledge (preferred)
- MIPs / MACRA / Quality Measures Knowledge (preferred)
- eRX systems usage and Identity Proofing (preferred)
- Revenue Cycle Management Knowledge (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
