Support the work of the outreach activities related to screening events. Participate in a wide range of activities tailored to the course assignment. Support classroom instruction, facilitate student learning, and assist with course administration. The emphasis will be placed on developing pedagogical skills, understanding diverse learning needs, and fostering an inclusive educational environment. Communicate with internal and external clients, staff, faculty and students.

- Establish consistent communication and collaboration with faculty by meeting weekly to discuss course progress, address student concerns, and align instructional and administrative strategies.
- Foster an inclusive learning atmosphere by understanding and accommodating diverse learning needs, supporting all students in their academic journey, and promoting an engaging and positive classroom experience.
- Acquire skills in grading assignments or papers, providing constructive feedback on student work, and evaluating the effectiveness of evidence-based resources to support course content.
- Gain proficiency in preparing in-class activity materials, managing course content and communications in Canvas, recording and calculating grades, proctoring examinations, taking attendance, and monitoring participation.
- Facilitate weekly TA Student Support Hours and Review Sessions, provide individual or small group conferencing, guide group projects or discussions, and effectively communicate student concerns and needs with faculty.
- Promote screening events by posting fliers, verifying registrations, managing waitlists, coordinating rooms and therapists the day of the event.
- Manage paperwork related to the event.
