Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-game setup (e.g. field/court preparation, signage, score tables, seating, equipment)
- Operate game-day equipment (e.g. announcer, ball rolling, Chain Gang, scoreboard, shot clock, sound system, ticket takers, video streaming)
- Serve as a liaison for officials, teams, and spectators during events
- Support crowd control and maintain a safe environment
- Help with post-game breakdown of facilities
- Run errands or assist with tasks as directed by supervisors
- Represent the athletics department with professionalism and courtesy
MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
Must be Federal Work Study Eligible

- Must be a currently enrolled student at St Xavier
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and campus breaks.
- Ability to follow directions and remain calm under pressure
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
