What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Program Manager position at Saint Vincent's Services?
A full-time position is available within our residential 9-bed Emergency Residence Program for adolescent youth.
Provides coaching, mentoring, and supervision of designated residential and supervisory staff. Participates in all processes related to risk management, including internal investigations relating to youth and staff performance issues. Develops programming and activities for the program incorporating trauma-informed care, family-centered, and culturally competent practice. Coordinates weekly scheduling of staff for all shifts and coordinates daily coverage of shifts, ensuring ratio is maintained at all times. Assists in therapeutic interventions, consistent with ARC and Safety-Care in the milieu, and manages applicable notification protocols. Approves timesheets for biweekly payroll.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., with after-hours on-call coverage. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; three years of residential experience with previous supervisory experience required.
