Part-Time | Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Schedule:
Positions include every other weekend and every other holiday
Available Shifts:
- 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. | 72 hours per two-week pay period
- 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. | 48 hours per two-week pay period
- 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. | 72 hours per two-week pay period
- 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. | 48 hours per two-week pay period

Education Required:
- Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
- Previous experience working as an STNA in a long-term care or senior living setting

The Difference You’ll Make
- Provide direct, hands-on care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident care activities
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
- Respond promptly to resident needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
- Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios
Qualifications:
Education Required:
- Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
- Previous experience working as an STNA in a long-term care or senior living setting
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings (drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
- Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
- Awareness of and sensitivity to residents’ individual needs, interests, and abilities
- Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50 lbs.)
