Part-Time | Dietary Aide
Schedule:
Schedules available include working every other weekend and every other holiday
Available Shifts:
- 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | 26 hours per two-week pay period
- 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. | 32 hours per two-week pay period
- 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. | 24 hours per two-week pay period
- 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. | 15 hours per two-week pay period
- 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. | 9 hours per two-week pay period

Preferred Experience:
One year of food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care dining

The Difference You’ll Make
- Assist with food preparation and meal service in accordance with resident diet orders, menu standards, and portion guidelines
- Support safe food handling, sanitation, and infection control practices following state, local, and facility regulations
- Prepare and portion food items according to therapeutic and modified diet requirements as directed
- Assist with tray line service, meal delivery, and dining room support to ensure positive resident dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, serving areas, and equipment
- Work collaboratively with dining team members and supervisors to ensure efficient meal service
- Support a welcoming, customer-focused dining environment for residents, families, and guests
Qualifications:
Experience Preferred:
- One year of food service experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care dining
- Experience following diet orders, portion control standards, and food safety procedures
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to interact respectfully and positively with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented dining environment
- Reliable attendance and strong professional work habits
- Ability to read and understand English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
