Practice Administrator
Infusion Room
The Practice Administrator will:
- Manage and supervise a variety of administrative functions related to budgets and efficient departmental operations.
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team across the department and monitor staff workloads.
- Assist Executive Director in optimizing schedules, working through specialty practice issues as they arise and eliminate problem areas.
Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 2-5 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience with budgets, accounts receivable and preferable grants management.
- Must have the ability to use sound judgment and act independently, and have a strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Requires outstanding interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with a diverse group of callers, physicians, patients, visitors and other healthcare professionals.
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of all practice personnel.
Salary Range: 63,518.00 - 104,796.00 USD
We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.
The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
