Description
- Collect mail from USPS from St. Mary’s Village Post Office
- Sort and deliver mail and packages to campus mail stops
- Collect mail from campus mail stops
- Meter mail and prepare packages for pick-up
- Monitor paper availability at campus copiers and deliver paper as needed
- Change toner in copiers

Requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn
- Ability to work independently without much supervision and to work well in teams
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Desire to learn new tasks
- Ability to drive a golf cart and carry mail totes and paper boxes
- Ability to listen and follow directions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb a ladder
- Previous technology experience preferred, but not required
