The Outpatient Mental Health Services clinic at St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester offers mental health and addiction treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
We are currently seeking front office team members to support daily operations in our busy clinic. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff we are seeking individuals who respect the dignity and worth of all people as reflected by their interpersonal interactions.
Daily tasks include
- Greeting and assisting clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling high call volume with professionalism - screening & directing calls & taking messages.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events, and managing calendars.
- Maintaining a professional office environment & performing general office tasks such as filing, sorting mail. photocopying, scanning, and maintianing records.

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
