What You'll Do
- Supervise and support program assistants to ensure participant safety and well-being.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans for participants.
- Ensure daily schedules, activities, and services align with participants’ goals.
- Track and document progress, outcomes, and program data accurately.
- Collaborate with families, staff, and outside professionals to meet participant needs.
- Maintain program materials, equipment, and a positive environment for participants and staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, St. Joseph’s Center policies, and safety procedures.
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.

What's Required Of You
- Associate’s Degree and/or 60 college credits in a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
