The primary function of House Manager is to provide pregnant women, nurturing and healthy environment to reside in. House Managers monitor the overall supervision of the program on their shift while providing support to program participants. Under the supervision and guidance of the Residential Program Specialist, House Managers assist with personal, educational and professional goals of program participants, as well as, maintaining medical appointments. This position creates a positive impact on the lives of the expecting mother, and the staff, who assist them.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations and support pregnant women in the program.
- Help residents prepare for the birth of their baby and meet personal goals.
- Provide transportation to appointments and organize healthy, safe activities.
- Teach life skills like cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
- Handle household tasks including meal planning, supplies, and basic maintenance.
- Keep accurate records and daily notes on residents.
- Respond to emergencies and assist during crises.
- Attend meetings, trainings, and community events as needed.
- Work as part of a team to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
