Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Crystal Report Writer to design, develop, and maintain financial and operational reports using Crystal Reports in conjunction with Infor Lawson, Oracle, and Revelate platforms. This role will collaborate closely with Finance teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test Crystal Reports for financial data from Infor Lawson, Oracle, and Revelate systems.Gather and analyze reporting requirements from Finance.Optimize existing reports for performance, accuracy, and usability.Ensure data integrity by validating report outputs against source systems.Create and maintain report documentation, including data mapping and business rules.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting cycles.Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot data inaccuracies.Maintain security and compliance standards for financial data reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.3 years of experience developing Crystal Reports in Finance.Hands-on experience with Infor Lawson Financials, Oracle, and Revelate reporting tools.Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.Understanding of financial reporting, and accounting processes A MUST.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills:Experience with Lawson LBI or other BI tools.Knowledge of API integrations between ERP and reporting platforms.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
