They perform routine inspections, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety codes to support patient care and hospital operations. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed .

- This is a n entry-level or junior type of position. If you have experience or training in HVAC repair, plumbing or electrical systems you are encouraged to apply!
- Perform General and Preventive Maintenance: Handle routine tasks like replacing light bulbs, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems
- Support Senior Technicians and Operations: Assist higher-level technicians with complex repairs, help move equipment or furniture, and provide support during facility emergencies such as floods or power outages
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Follow hospital safety protocols, infection control measures, and building codes while reporting any unsafe conditions to supervisors
- Manage Tools and Work Areas: Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and help keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and well-stocked

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid current state driver's license.
- Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints
- Minimum 0-1 years healthcare experience preferred
