No manufacturing experience is necessary — we will train you!

Multiple Departments & Shifts Available
We have openings across several areas of our manufacturing operation.
Mold — 12-Hour Panama Schedule (2 on, 3 off, 2 off, 3 on)
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Mold operators work a Panama schedule, providing a 12-hour shift schedule with a rotating work pattern. Need to be mechanically inclined
Melt, Casting, Forge, Heat Treat & Machining (OT based on Department)
1st Shift
- 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift
- 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
3rd Shift
- 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Shift availability may vary by department and position.
What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will depend on your assigned department. Entry-level operators may:
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Follow established production and safety procedures.
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Follow instructions and production standards.
- Work safely around manufacturing equipment and materials.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Help maintain a productive, quality-focused work environment.
You'll receive training for your specific position and department.
What We're Looking For
- No experience necessary — we are willing to train!
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
