Cost Controller

The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project and operational costs to ensure financial efficiency and budget compliance. This role supports management by providing accurate cost reports, forecasts, and recommendations to improve cost performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain cost control systems and procedures
  
• Track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts
  
• Analyze cost variances and identify potential risks or cost overruns
  
• Prepare regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries
  
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cost alignment
  
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and invoices to ensure budget compliance
  
• Monitor material, labor, and subcontractor costs
  
• Support budgeting, planning, and cost estimation activities
  
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
