Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Development Department Administrative Assistant at Saint Francis School in Roswell, GA. The Administrative Assistant will assist with clerical tasks, manage phone communications, support executive administrative needs, maintain organized records, and ensure the smooth operation of development initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic educational environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including data entry, document management, and organizational abilities.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions with staff, parents, and the community.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management and coordinating schedules effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain a supportive, welcoming environment.
