We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced nursing leader to oversee the daily clinical operations of a resident care unit. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to nursing and CNA staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards. This role is responsible for staff supervision, training, performance management, care coordination, documentation oversight, quality improvement initiatives, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive resident outcomes and successful discharges.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
- At least 2 year of clinical nursing experience in the long-term care setting.
- A current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state in which the center is located.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in supervision of staff.
- Ability to manage and direct subordinates.
