Unit Manager RN - Full Time

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager (RN) to join our team! This full-time, Monday-Friday position is ideal for a dedicated Registered Nurse with at least one year of Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Develop and implement care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
• Monitor patient progress and address any changes in condition
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to promote a positive work environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
