Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Develop and implement care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
- Monitor patient progress and address any changes in condition
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to promote a positive work environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
