Life Enrichment Program Assistant - Every Other Weekend Required

- Implementation of daily scheduled activity programs and special events.
- Written and verbal communication regarding resident participation.
- One to one visits with residents, as well as, facilitating large and small group activities.
- Participation in resident assessments, care planning, and care plan team meetings.
- Demonstrating the Person Centered Care model, promoting dignity and respect for the residents, families, staff and community.
