Life Enrichment Program Assistant

We are looking for an individual who is caring, compassionate and enthusiastic. Someone who can work independently within a memory care and long term care atmosphere. A person who displays a professional attitude with good communication skills; a team player who is able to work well with other departments.
Extensive training provided.
Experience working with people living with dementia and/or senior population a plus but not required.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Implementation of daily scheduled activity programs and special events.
Written and verbal communication regarding resident participation.
One to one visits with residents, as well as, facilitating large and small group activities.
Participation in resident assessments, care planning, and care plan team meetings.
Demonstrating the Person Centered Care model, promoting dignity and respect for the residents, families, staff and community.
