Description
Reporting to the Supervisor PBX, this position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and paging all emergency codes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- One (1) year of switchboard experience is preferred.
- Ability to adapt quickly to many functional environments, work independently and as a team member, and effective oral and written communication is required.
- Provide efficient telephone service for both incoming calls and in house calls requiring information, instructions or assistance.
- Page doctors and staff and connect to proper extensions.
- Maintain radio contact with security as needed.
- Perform clerical duties as needed.
- Monitor all code alarms and security system alarms per established procedures.
