What are the responsibilities and job description for the Captain Sailboat position at Sail Acadia?
Sail Acadia seeks experienced Captains
- Join our fun team taking guests sailing aboard classic wooden Friendship Sloops around the waters of Acadia National Park. OUPV License is required, as is experience aboard Gaff-rigged traditional boats. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about sailing and enjoys sharing local knowledge of nature and history with tourists. Tips are expected and significant.
Local knowledge, interest in nature and history and a desire to work with customers is required. Sail Acadia strives to provide high quality, informative and professional tours of the Southwest Harbor area.
