About the Company
Our client, a growing utility organization with operations across multiple regions, is looking to add a Technical Enterprise Architect to help lead and mature their Enterprise Architecture practice. This is a highly visible role focused on enterprise-wide architecture strategy, cloud transformation, and standardization across utility platforms and subsidiaries.
About the Role
This person will serve as the lead technical architect across enterprise platforms and cloud environments, helping drive long-term architecture strategy while still being hands-on with solution design and technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Defining enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps
- Designing scalable and secure cloud solutions
- Creating integration patterns across enterprise and operational systems
- Supporting modernization and standardization initiatives
- Providing architecture governance and technical leadership
- Partnering closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors
- Helping harmonize systems/processes across acquisitions and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Oracle Utilities Cloud Services (OUCS)
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
- Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
- OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
- AWS
- Enterprise integrations and cloud architecture
- Utility industry platforms and large-scale enterprise environments
The environment includes Oracle CCB/CCS, and additional Oracle utility products are expected to become part of their long-term roadmap, so Oracle Utilities experience is highly valuable. Strong enterprise architects without direct OUAF experience may still be considered if the overall background is strong enough.

They’re looking for someone who can operate strategically at the enterprise level while also being comfortable diving into technical architecture and solution design discussions.
